Return & Exchange Policy

Jelly Stationery Studio proudly stands behind our work and customer satisfaction is at the forefront of our business. If you have a problem with an order, or would like to return or exchange an item, please write to jellystationerystudio@gmail.com.

Personalized and Custom Product

  • These products cannot be returned for a refund unless there was an error on our part. If your order arrives with an error, we can reprint it at no charge or process a refund.

  • Please note: Before submitting your order, please proofread your online preview of personalized stationery thoroughly for spelling and grammar. Please be sure that all desired options are selected (including, but not limited to ink color, liner color and typestyles) before placing your order.

Non-Personalized Product

  • All returnable items must be in their original packaging, in a resalable condition. Please include the original packing slip or copy of your emailed receipt.
